A1s and A2 pinsetters are all serviced by our experienced BowlSpec Technicians. We have 3 different levels of Brunswick mechanic experience and will keep your center up and running.
At BowlSpecs, our AMF mechanics have over 20 years of pinspotter experience. BowlSpec Technicians will help diagnose the problem and suggest parts with part numbers and potential suppliers.
Our BowlSpec technicians have experience with AMF Qubica, Brunswick, and Steltronics scoring systems. We also have technicians that are experienced with Kegel bowling lane machines.

If the technician is unable to resolve or diagnose the problem, your case will be escalated to a secondary specialist. If a site visit is required, we will arrange that with the center.
Site visit are available if we are unable to diagnose and repair the machine using BowlSpecs.
Our BowlSpec Technicians will provide part numbers and links to suppliers, if required to repair a machine.
BowlSpec Technicians are available from 9:00am - 6:00pm daily. If there is an emergency, after hours contacts will be provided and available to assist up to 9:00pm. All times are central, standard time.
No. Leftover minutes do not roll over to the next month. Since there are no contracts, minutes do not roll over.
