Payment terms    

• Payment frequency: Payments are due at the beginning of the month, before the 5th of the month.
• Payment methods: Pay as you go. 
• Fees and taxes: Texas Sales Texas
• Late fees: Pay up front, no late fees.
• Non-refundable fees: The kit and monthly service packages are non -refundable.
• User guidelines: No cursing.  No harassing calls or user will be blocked and account canceled.
• Account termination: No contract, no payment, no service.
• Account suspension: Accounts may be suspended for denied payments or system abuse.

 Other terms    

• Confidentiality:  We do not share any information.
• Intellectual property: BowlSpecs is service.
• Governing law: What laws apply to the agreement
